Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview  We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes across digital marketing platforms. --- Key Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure achievement of KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPC. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ad creatives and copies. Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives. Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize performance within allocated spends. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. --- Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing. Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
