What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel ad campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Write killer ad copy and work with the creative team to produce scroll-stopping visuals and video assets Split test everything — creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, CTAs Manage media budgets efficiently and maximize ROI/ROAS across channels Set up custom conversions, events, and audiences using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager Monitor performance daily and make real-time optimizations based on data Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies Build retargeting and lookalike strategies that convert cold traffic into loyal customers Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with the team Stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and trend shifts What You Bring: Atleast 2 of hands-on experience managing high-budget Google & Meta ad accounts Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably (show us the ROAS!) Deep understanding of campaign types: Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) + Meta (Cold, Retargeting, Lookalikes) Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and GTM Ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into real, money-making decisions You speak the language of CTRs, CPAs, and CACs fluently Bonus if you've worked on D2C, fashion, beauty, or e-commerce brands Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory): Experience with landing page tools (e.g. Shopify) A creative eye for ad creatives and messaging Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
