Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve ad performance.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and provide actionable insights.
• Support in budget allocation and ensure efficient utilization across channels.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copies.
• Assist in A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversions.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
• Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram Ads is mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like funnels, KPIs, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our Baner, Pune office.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
