Performance Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and prepare reports on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy.
• Work with the creative team to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
• Track daily budgets, pacing, and performance insights to help optimize campaigns.
• Support the team with A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and weekly performance summaries.
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree (Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, funnels, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  

Good to Have

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications (optional).
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or any marketing tools.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing.
