As we gear up for launch, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can create scroll-stopping content, bring ideas to life, and build our online voice. Role: Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. Shoot, edit, and publish reels, videos, and posts for an end-to-end execution. Manage photoshoots with kids and photographers, ensuring high-quality brand output. Stay on top of trends, audio, and social-first innovations to keep Orikai ahead of the curve. Analyze engagement metrics and optimize for reach, growth, and conversions. Ensure daily Instagram stories with a mix of BTS, polls, Q&A, and product teasers to engage the community. Actively respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to grow an authentic community. Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to expand brand reach. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in social media/content creation (fashion or lifestyle preferred). Strong editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, or similar). Comfort with AI tools (for ideation, editing, content scaling, or automation). Creative thinker with an eye for premium aesthetics. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data and apply insights for continuous improvement.
