Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the digital marketing space (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, Branding, etc.) Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, inbound queries, and networking. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pitch decks to potential clients. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and keep CRM tools updated. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strategy alignment for new clients. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to effectively position our offerings. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs related to lead generation, meetings, and closures. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets. Understanding of digital marketing services and trends. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and strong time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
