Performance Marketing Internship

At Orikai, we’re building a kids wear brand that blends timeless tailoring with playful charm, inspired by old money aesthetics and crafted for modern families. As we gear up for launch, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to help us turn campaigns into measurable impact.

Role:

• Develop and lead digital marketing campaigns across PPC, display, social media, affiliate, and

other performance channels.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic insights and

recommendations to maximize ROI.

• Oversee A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page

optimization.

• Produce compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

• Track, report, and present key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROI) to

stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Stay current with industry trends and new digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive

edge.

• Research market trends, competitor ads, and new channels to drive efficient growth.
• Support lead generation and funnel optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis, reporting, and decision

making.

• Proficiency in key digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google

Analytics).

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into

actionable recommendations.

• Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Location: On Site - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full Time Internship, Paid, 2 months

Start Date: 15/12/2025

Working Days: 6 days, Monday - Saturday
