Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site Performance Marketing Internship role located in Gurugram. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in analyzing campaign performance data, developing strategies to optimize key marketing metrics, and monitoring the results of performance marketing campaigns. You will contribute to performance testing initiatives and assist in crafting reports to share insights with stakeholders. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing within a dynamic and innovative FMCG organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Performance Management and Performance Testing skills to optimize and evaluate marketing efforts
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a passion for new-age marketing practices
