Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels

    .
  • Conduct

    keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

    to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze

    campaign performance metrics

    (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL) and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Support A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in

    performance marketing and healthcare communication

    .
  • Assist in

    lead generation initiatives

    and tracking user journeys to improve funnel conversion.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO/SEM concepts

    .
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and copy/design alignment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
