We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to support our media buying initiatives across Meta and Google platforms. Role Overview As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing real ad accounts and scaling campaign budgets from ₹1,000/day to ₹50,000/day. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Understand various campaign objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Lead Generation, etc.) Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI Support scaling strategies while maintaining ROAS and KPI targets Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences Help generate performance reports and insights Required Skills & Qualifications Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Understanding of PPC fundamentals , targeting, and bidding strategies Ability to interpret campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification Experience with Google Analytics , Tag Manager , or Pixel Setup Understanding of sales funnels and retargeting strategies What You’ll Gain Real-time experience with performance marketing campaigns Mentorship from experienced professionals in the digital advertising space Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance Show more Show less
