Performance Marketing Expert

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will lead the digital marketing function for TEGO and work with an external agency in strategizing, designing & implementing marketing campaigns across channels. You will work with the Amazon PPC team in implementing suggested strategies to boost brand presence on Amazon as well as in other marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience working with Amazon SP, SB, SD campaigns management - 2-3 Years experience minimum

Experience with Facebook, Google Adwords, and Linkedin platform for advertising Campaigns

Ability to take ownership of P&L with Revenue forecasting and budgeting

A clear understanding of true sales funnels (TOF, MOF & BOF) targeting and retargeting.

Work with the marketing team in Executing content marketing and keep an in-depth track of creative performance.

Previous experience in Performance Marketing with a performance marketing agency or independent brand would be a plus.

Knowledge of competition tracking with tools such as Similarweb, Google Analytics etc.

Ability to work on Conversion Rate Optimisation by studying benchmark brands and best practices.

Develop a 360-degree digital strategy with alignment between paid, organic, and content strategy.

Qualifications

3 to 5 Yrs of experience in Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing

Identify from time to time key customer touch points across digital interactions and leverage email, push notifications, display and CRM interventions to boost sales.

Extremely analytical with a love for diving into data, deriving meaningful insights and able to take appropriate actions

Experience of working in consumer product markets across different paid channels

Ability to lead the performance marketing function alone.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Experience with B2C & B2B social media Marketing, Google Adwords and email campaigns

Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools

Eager to learn new concepts in the field of the ever-changing digital marketing ecosystem

Self-motivator and can navigate the system and get tasks and assignments done.

Skills and experience in creative content writing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MBA in marketing or relevant field
