Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and scaling campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Drive measurable outcomes in terms of lead generation, sales, app installs, or sign-ups, depending on business goals.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates).
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, display advertising, and programmatic buying.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
