Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and real estate portals using full-funnel strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Manage performance marketing funnels, reduce CPL/CPB, and work with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
• Align SEO and SEM strategies, conduct keyword research, and analyze competitors specific to the real estate domain.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing that reflect brand tone and buyer intent.
• Manage digital budgets efficiently, forecast campaign performance, and justify spends with data-driven insights.
  

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in the real estate
  

• Proven success in running data-driven digital campaigns with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of real estate buyer behavior and decision cycles.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google
  

• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Familiarity with lead tracking and CRM integrations.
• Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools proficiency is a plus.
