Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora, Reddit, and other ad platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: planning, setup, A/B testing, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.).
• Generate and deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ad messaging and landing page experiences with audience needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and platform changes.
• Lead media planning, forecasting, and performance benchmarking for existing and new clients.
• Own client communication and reporting on all performance marketing matters.
• Manage ad account structures, pixel tracking, conversions, and attribution models.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a digital or integrated marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across:
• Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.)
• YouTube Ads
• LinkedIn Ads Manager
• Quora & Reddit
• Experience with other social ad platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of ad analytics, attribution models, and funnel tracking.
• Ability to create and manage large-scale media plans and handle multiple client accounts.
• Highly proficient with performance tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
