Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Healthcare) Company: Tek Booster (A part of AQIT Pvt Ltd) Location: Jhandewalan, Delhi Position Type: Full-Time (On Payroll) Reports To: Operations Head Role Overview: Tek Booster is looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across healthcare and e-commerce brands. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies that drive leads, sales, and measurable ROI across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and marketplaces (if applicable). E-commerce Strategy: Plan and execute ad strategies for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) to drive traffic and conversions. Healthcare Focus: Develop lead generation and awareness campaigns for healthcare clients, balancing precision targeting and compliance. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and other tools. Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CLTV. A/B Testing: Test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates. Audience Segmentation: Build and refine lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and custom segments. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ads and landing experiences. Budget Optimization: Manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with exposure to both e-commerce and healthcare. Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads (optional), and email automation tools. E-commerce Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce. Data Skills: Strong with Excel, campaign analytics, and performance dashboards. Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and collaborate on high-converting creatives. Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
