Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on 

    Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

     and 

    Google Ads

     (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and copy.
  • Research and analyze competitors, audience behavior, and market trends.
  • Develop monthly reports with actionable insights and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Track funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, etc.

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in running Meta and Google Ad campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ad campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Experience working with 

    coaches, trainers, consultants

    , or 

    service-based brands

    .
  • Understanding of funnel strategy, lead generation, and online sales psychology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
