Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a crucial role in expanding the brand presence of the company by effectively targeting the right audience for distributing marketing content. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business goals into efficient Performance Marketing & Brand Development strategies to drive growth. - Plan and control the budget for all digital channels. - Innovate marketing campaigns to enhance performance and brand building on digital platforms. - Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against set goals such as ROI and KPIs. - Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user journey, experience, and workflows. - Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and media costs with agencies. - Execute end-to-end campaigns, focusing on increasing transactions and acquiring new users via AdWords. - Develop strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and targeting across Search and other paid search facets. - Improve the quality score of ads on Google and optimize campaign structures. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree / Specialization in Marketing or a relevant field. - Minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in EdTech Digital Marketing. - Proficiency in website analytics tools and Ad serving tools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Solid understanding of HTML and CSS. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Google PPC, Facebook Re-targeting, Facebook Pixel, and Business Management. - In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.,
