Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google platforms. 2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. 3. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research. 4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. 5. Manage budgets efficiently and allocate resources across campaigns to maximize impact. 6. Generate detailed performance reports and communicate results with key stakeholders. 7. Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activities. Job Requirement 1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven expertise in LinkedIn and Google Ads. 2. Strong understanding of performance metrics, bid strategies, and conversion tracking. 3. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 5. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
