About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is looking for a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead the online growth strategy for our group of three companies based in Coimbatore.
This is a dynamic role that blends creativity with analytics — ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, boosting conversions, and building a strong digital presence across multiple brands.

You’ll take full ownership of performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategies that drive measurable results and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage social media content, engagement, and growth across all brand pages.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics to guide strategy improvements.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research for optimized targeting and ROI.
• Create and refine ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
• Run remarketing and lead-nurturing campaigns to improve retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across three brands to ensure unified strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.
• Strong command of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
• Proven experience in social media audience building and performance analytics.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
• Prior experience in education, edtech, or training sectors.
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Meriito).
