Performance Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for maximum ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversions.
• Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to boost engagement and repeat conversions.
• Develop and implement digital strategies across PPC, SMO, and funnel creation.
• Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and websites to drive conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and ad formats.
• Assist in budget and resource allocation for campaign efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong performance record.
• Expertise in PPC, performance marketing, and social media optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong content creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage digital initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
