1.Assist in planning and executing paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
2. Write engaging ad copies that convert (and make people smile)
3. Create, monitor, and optimise ad campaigns to drive traffic, signups, and conversions
4. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
5. Help in building out performance dashboards and insights for growth experiments
6. Collaborate with the content team to support landing pages, creatives, and funnels
7. Stay on top of digital trends and growth hacks—test, learn, repeat
1. A passion for growth marketing, performance ads, and digital storytelling
2. Strong written skills and a knack for writing scroll-stopping ad copy
3. Understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta/Google)
4. Analytical mindset—comfortable reading numbers, charts, and drawing insights
5. Hunger to learn, experiment, and scale what works
