What You’ll Do As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll take ownership of driving ROI-focused digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll plan, execute, analyze, and optimize performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, drive conversions, and scale business growth. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to meet CPA, ROAS, and funnel goals Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and custom dashboards Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation Collaborate with creative teams for landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour Recommend and test new platforms or strategies (YouTube, WhatsApp, influencer performance, etc.) You’ll Excel If You Have : 1–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital analytics Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Hotjar Strong analytical mindset and ROI-first thinking Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, consumer tech, or early-stage startups What We Offer : Hybrid or remote flexibility Transparent performance-linked incentives Fast career growth in a dynamic team Opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries Access to modern tools, training, and creative freedom Apply if your are willing to work in a start-up based company.
