Job Description To drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth by planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels. The role focuses on maximizing ROI through targeted audience engagement, real-time performance monitoring, and continuous campaign improvement. Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct audience segmentation and targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting). Coordinate with creative teams for ad content and visuals. Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.). Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting. Manage programmatic ads across display, video, and native platforms. Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards. Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution. Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Programmatic, Google Analytics, GTM
