Position Overview

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.

This role requires a data-savvy, creative, and results-oriented professional who can leverage analytics, conversion tracking, and testing to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and Demand Gen) campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to identify top-performing combinations.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to achieve monthly performance goals.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and user behavior across platforms and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing and leadership teams.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Work closely with the web and design teams to improve landing page performance and user experience.
  • Use data to make recommendations that increase conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
  • Experiment with ad creatives, CTAs, and audience segmentation to drive better engagement.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

  • Develop and maintain custom audiences, retargeting segments, and lookalike audiences for improved targeting efficiency.
  • Research and test new audience strategies to expand reach and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with changes in ad platforms, privacy policies, and targeting algorithms.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging.
  • Work with the sales and operations teams to understand lead quality and refine targeting based on feedback.
  • Suggest data-backed ideas for campaigns, offers, and creatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta platforms).
  • Proven success in managing lead generation and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Demand Gen)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Facebook Pixel setup & event tracking
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, CRO, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Experience in real estate or high-value B2C lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
