Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to enhance performance.
• Drive lead generation and conversion tracking through targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are cost-efficient.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 4+ years in performance marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
