• Campaign Management:

  Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

• Data Analysis:

  Track performance metrics, identify trends, and extract actionable insights

• Dashboard Reporting:

  Prepare campaign performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets

• A/B Testing:

  Experiment with ad creatives, audiences, and placements to boost performance

• Research & Strategy:

  Conduct competitor & market research for new ad opportunities

• ROI Optimization:

  Focus on improving conversion rates and reducing cost per acquisition

• AI-Enhanced Marketing:

  Use ChatGPT for campaign ideation, ad copywriting, and data interpretation

✅ Skills We’re Seeking

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & paid advertising (Meta Ads)
• Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, and funnel strategy
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects

AI & Technology:

• ChatGPT proficiency (mandatory):

• Comfort with learning new marketing tools & tech

Preferred Experience:

• Previous internship/project experience in digital marketing
