Profile Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. This role requires deep expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns with a focus on delivering measurable ROI. At this level, the Performance Marketer will handle large budgets, lead campaign strategies, guide mid-level team members, and collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure integrated execution and performance.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Define campaign objectives, budgets, audience targeting, and media mix aligned with organizational and client goals.
Execution & Optimization
Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns including setup, monitoring, and optimization to maximize ROI.
Implement advanced optimization techniques such as bid strategies, A/B testing, and funnel improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging, visuals, and copy resonate with the target audience.
Partner with product and sales teams to align marketing performance with overall business goals.
Team Guidance & Knowledge Sharing
Mentor mid-level marketers in campaign execution and reporting.
Share best practices and stay updated with latest platform trends to continuously improve team performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of defined ROI and ROAS targets for campaigns.
Improved conversion rates across channels through structured optimization.
Accuracy and clarity of analytics reports provided to stakeholders.
Effectiveness of collaboration with creative and content teams, measured through campaign engagement and outcomes.
Contribution to skill development and performance improvement of mid-level marketers.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in performance marketing across search, social, and display.
Proven expertise in managing large ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
You Will Work Closely With
Creative and content teams for ad messaging and visuals.
SEO, product, and sales teams to align marketing outcomes with organizational goals.
Mid-level performance marketers for execution and mentoring.
You Should Be Able To
Lead large-scale, multi-channel paid marketing campaigns independently.
Translate campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Mentor and guide mid-level team members in campaign execution.
Continuously innovate and implement best practices for maximizing ROI.
Align performance marketing strategies with larger organizational growth objectives.
