Performance Marketer - Media Buyer ( Meta & Google Ads) - Full-time

About the Role

  • We are looking for an

    Analytical Media Buyer

    who can manage and scale Meta & Google ad campaigns with a strong focus on data, performance metrics, and ROI. The ideal candidate is not just an ads executor but someone who takes decisions backed by numbers.

 

  • Knowledge on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and awareness of to run the ads on E-Commerce Platforms. (Plus point). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and e-commerce platforms

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta & Google.
  • Conduct daily performance analysis (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Build testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative tests, audience tests).
  • Optimize budgets across campaigns based on data insights.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create effective and engaging ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel growth campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube, Email) for candidate acquisition and nurturing.
  • Identify trends and audience behaviour through analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage remarketing, prospecting, and full-funnel ad strategies.
  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify the best-performing combinations.
  • Utilize advanced audience segmentation and remarketing strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure CAC targets and ROAS goals are met.
  • Attend webinars, conferences, and workshops to expand your knowledge of digital marketing, while sharing your insights with the team.

 

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads.
  • Ability to manage mid-high budgets efficiently.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking.
  • Competency in Excel/Sheets for analysis.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnel strategy.
  • Comfortable with performance reporting & insights.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in paid media buying (mandatory).
  • Experience with e-commerce brands preferred.
