Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Jaipur. The candidate must have strong experience with fashion and lifestyle brands, and be able manage performance campaigns across categories.The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across Meta & Google. You'll work on scaling e-commerce brands, improving ROAS, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and collaborating with the creative team to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Run & optimize Meta + Google ads
Build full-funnel strategies for fashion and other brands
Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently
Analyze campaign performance & share insights
Guide creative team for better CTR & conversions
Conduct A/B tests and competitor research
Improve KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions
Stay updated with new trends and platform changes

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar tools)
Strong analytical skills for campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user acquisition strategies
Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to keep up with the latest marketing trends and strategies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in performance marketing is a strong advantage
