Role Description

This is a full-time role based in India for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Daily tasks will include campaign optimization, A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve ROI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the individual will also develop and implement strategies for lead generation, audience targeting, and budget allocation to meet marketing objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paid Media, including campaign management across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Metrics Monitoring, and handling tools like Google Analytics
• Skills in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization for driving campaign effectiveness
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies for Audience Targeting and Lead Generation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and branding campaigns is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
