Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site(Offline) role for a Performance Marketer based in Kolkata. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive growth, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities will include managing online advertising strategies, analyzing performance metrics, conducting experiments to enhance campaign outcomes, and ensuring a data-driven approach to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, paid search, and social media advertising techniques
Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools, data interpretation, and performance tracking
Experience in crafting marketing strategies, campaign management, and optimization initiatives
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth hacking techniques
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in an Ed-tech or education-driven environment is an advantage
