Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing and reporting on the performance of various marketing channels, using data-driven strategies to improve advertising ROI, and collaborating with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in planning and executing PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to measure and report on campaign performance
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles
• Familiarity with using marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the eCommerce or logistics industry is a plus
