Performance Marketer

We are a results-driven marketing team passionate about delivering high-ROI campaigns for e-commerce brands, service-based businesses, and lead generation projects. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels for both e-commerce sales and lead generation.
• Manage daily budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns meet ROI/ROAS/CPL goals.
• Conduct testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and web developers for high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Implement and optimize funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards.
• Experience with landing page optimization and lead funnels is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
