Overview 

Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) focused on lead generation for real estate projects.
• Develop and manage campaign budgets with a focus on ROI and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
• Create, test, and optimize landing pages to ensure better conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors and new performance marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven prior experience in Real Estate performance marketing

  (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Lead Generation campaigns

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  landing page designing and optimization

  (Elementor/WordPress preferred).
• Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
