We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency managing high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, JioMart, and leading e-commerce platforms in Europe, the UK, and the USA. Our mission is simple: deliver measurable results that drive brand growth.


Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This role will focus on driving ROI for clients in India and international markets while also contributing to social media growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels for D2C growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign cycles: audience research, creative briefing, ad setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Manage campaigns for both domestic (India) and international (Europe, UK, USA) markets, adapting strategies to regional audience behaviors.
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to meet monthly revenue and ROI targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-targeting strategies for D2C e-commerce.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, creatives, and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
  • Conduct demand and supply sales forecasting to plan marketing budgets, inventory levels, and promotional strategies effectively.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other marketing automation tools for reporting and insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
  • Support social media growth initiatives — organic and paid — to enhance brand visibility.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in scaling D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, perform sales forecasting, and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms) and e-commerce funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
