Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
β Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, sales, and remarketing.
β Create targeted ad strategies based on audience insights and business objectives.
2. Ad Creation & Optimization:
β Design and test ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos.
β Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and implement improvements.
3. Remarketing Expertise:
β Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential leads.
β Use dynamic ad formats for better performance.
4. Lead Generation:
β Plan and execute lead-focused ad strategies to achieve monthly lead targets.
β Track leads and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
β Generate performance reports to assess campaign success and ROI.
β Stay updated on Meta Ads trends and platform updates.
Key Requirements:
β Strong knowledge of sales ads, lead generation ads, and remarketing strategies.
β Proven experience of 1-2 years in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
β Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta's audience targeting tools to identify and reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
β Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
β Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
β A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
β Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, making adjustments to improve results and achieve KPIs.
β Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
β Client Communication: If applicable, communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
