Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure campaign ROI optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior performance marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Ability to manage and optimize large budgets effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
