Job Description

Job Summary:

Performance Marketer


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to align performance campaigns with broader marketing goals.
  • Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor spend vs. performance to reallocate resources dynamically.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, and churn to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and campaign dashboards to generate actionable insights.
  • Report performance and insights to stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Optimization & Experimentation

  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion paths.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with creative teams for ad assets, product managers for USPs, and eCommerce teams for product availability/pricing.
  • Work with media agencies, ad tech partners, and influencers when required.


Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within FMCG, D2C, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, and DSPs.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking (e.g., GTM, pixels, UTM tracking).
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and performance-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with FMCG or CPG brands.
  • Understanding of omnichannel attribution and offline/retail uplift measurement.
  • Familiarity with D2C platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
