Job Description

Affirm Collective is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop strategies to drive leads, conversions, and brand growth.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver insights to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
Experiment with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation for best results.

What we’re looking for:

1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (certifications a plus).
Ability to work with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of funnels, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
