Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Bhubaneswar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid search and display campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, and researching market trends to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in paid search, display campaigns, and digital marketing
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools
• Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Skills in campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
