About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in managing and optimizing lead generation and conversion-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of campaign structure, setup processes, audience targeting, and performance analysis to ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management Plan, set up, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads – from ad creation to tracking and optimization.
• Performance Optimization Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to improve ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Team Collaboration Coordinate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and landing pages are conversion-friendly.

Requirements:

• 1+ year hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads/Meta (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
