Performance Marketer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the marketing funnel, ensuring that campaigns drive high-quality leads and convert them effectively. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Track and analyze CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure efficient budget allocation.
• Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools for in-depth insights.

End-to-End Lead Management & Conversion:

• Identify and strategically nurture leads throughout the marketing funnel.
• Develop an effective process for starting, managing, and closing marketing-driven deals.
• Align campaigns with business goals to ensure that marketing efforts contribute to measurable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and closing marketing-driven deals.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools.
• Ability to strategically nurture leads and drive successful campaign conversions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
