Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and optimize

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  to drive leads and conversions for coaching/training programs.
• Build and manage

  end-to-end funnels

  (lead magnets → landing pages → WhatsApp/email nurturing → sales calls/enrollments).
• Design and test ad creatives (copy, creatives, hooks) tailored to the coaching/online education audience.
• Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, and take data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth funnel execution.
• Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture warm leads and increase conversions.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads

  .

• Proven track record of running ads for coaches/trainers/consultants

  (not just e-commerce or generic businesses).
• Strong experience in

  funnel building & optimization

  for lead generation and program enrollments.
• Deep understanding of lead magnets, webinar funnels, and WhatsApp/email nurturing flows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to scale campaigns profitably.
• Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or automation tools.
