Additionally, we assist college students through career launch workshops. Our tailored and context-specific programs ensure measurable results and career acceleration. Role & Responsibilities: Strategize, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads and conversions for coaching/training programs. Build and manage end-to-end funnels (lead magnets → landing pages → WhatsApp/email nurturing → sales calls/enrollments). Design and test ad creatives (copy, creatives, hooks) tailored to the coaching/online education audience. Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, and take data-driven decisions to improve performance. Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth funnel execution. Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture warm leads and increase conversions. Requirements (Mandatory): 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads . Proven track record of running ads for coaches/trainers/consultants (not just e-commerce or generic businesses). Strong experience in funnel building & optimization for lead generation and program enrollments. Deep understanding of lead magnets, webinar funnels, and WhatsApp/email nurturing flows. Analytical mindset with ability to scale campaigns profitably. Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or automation tools. Type: Full-time / Freelance (depending on fit) CTC: 15K - 25K Monthly + Incentives (Performance & Result Based)
