The Team

At A&M GCC, Supply Chain and Manufacturing professionals assist our clients in analysing manufacturing operations, supply chain and distribution channels, procurement, SG&A operations and Operating model effectiveness for potential value creation opportunities and to help drive them during our clients ownership. From our thorough fact-based analysis, we assess the state of current operations, identify performance improvement opportunity and quantify potential EBITDA improvement areas across plan, source, make and deliver functions. Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team under Performance Improvement vertical is growing significantly and hence we are seeking techno-functional experts who can roll up the sleeves and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices in manufacturing operations. Individual should be able to analyse, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find a person who is entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth, is comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.

How will you contribute?

As a member of the A&M GCC PI Supply Chain & Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for:

Project Management

Process Analysis & Optimization

Operations Excellence

Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

Digital Manufacturing Technology Integration

Qualifications

Minimum of 6-13 years of experience in manufacturing operations, consulting, or process improvement experience

Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy preferred

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing or Production Engineering, or a related field

MBA/ master’s degree in supply chain & Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, plants and equipment assessment, value engineering

Proven track record of implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Manufacturing strategy, Capex planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT

Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines

High motivation to learn and grow

Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to excel in a deadline-driven environment

Tools Knowledge on Alteryx, Power BI, python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be an added advantage.

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent certifications are preferred
