Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Developer

Location: Remote (India)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer with strong expertise in SQL and PeopleSoft Finance modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, customization, and support of PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Finance applications.

• Design and implement technical solutions using PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker).

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of PeopleSoft Finance modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Developer.

• Strong working knowledge of PeopleTools (8.x and above).

• Hands-on experience in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, PS Query, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces.

• Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL with ability to write and debug complex queries.

• Experience with PeopleSoft Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, AM, PO, etc.).

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrade and patching processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x.

• Familiarity with Cloud migrations (AWS/Oracle Cloud).

• Exposure to BI Publisher and reporting tools.
