Job Description – Sr. Oracle Finance Functional Consultant (Remote, Full-time) Position: Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant Location: Remote (Full-time) Experience: 7–12+ years Employment Type: Full-time ⸻ About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financials (EBS / Fusion Cloud), deep business process knowledge in finance domains, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.). • Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and provide functional design solutions. • Configure Oracle Finance modules to meet client requirements. • Work with technical teams to deliver RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). • Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, SCM, HR, etc.) for integrated solutions. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant. • Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. • Strong knowledge of finance business processes (Accounting, Financial Reporting, AP/AR cycles, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc.). • Experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle Finance implementations. • Strong understanding of SLA, Tax, and Multi-Org concepts. • Ability to write functional design documents and work with developers. • Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validations. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle Financials Cloud Certification (preferred). • Experience working in global delivery model (onsite-offshore). • Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare. • Prior experience in remote/virtual project delivery.
