Job Title: Oracle CC&B Test Lead

Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) application.
• Responsible for test planning, test strategy, test case preparation and execution.
• Manage test cycles, defect tracking and ensure closure within timelines.
• Coordinate with development team, functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Perform SIT / UAT support and ensure quality delivery for all releases.
• Prepare test status reports / metrics and present to management.
• Drive offshore / onsite coordination for test activities.
• Ensure compliance to testing process, guidelines and best practices.
