As a People Business Partnering professional at our company, your role will involve aligning people strategies with business goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior leaders to create collaborative and consultative relationships with them. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consulting and coaching senior leaders - Enabling business change - Advocating for people solutions - Partnering with the business, talent management, and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives such as workforce planning, hi-potential talent development, and succession planning In this role, you will be considered a professional stream individual contributor, focusing on applying technical and discipline knowledge to achieve results. While you may have informal supervisory responsibilities, coaching/mentoring less experienced staff, or overseeing the work of other professionals, the main emphasis will be on utilizing your expertise to influence long term tactical decisions within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge and experience in a functional area - Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues - Capability to handle most situations independently with minimal guidance - Understanding of the overall nature of the business and interdependencies between functions Please note that progression within this role will depend on increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management capability, and the ability to influence others. As a leader at this level, you will be accountable for the performance and results of less experienced professionals, frontline workers, and admins.
