Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client mandates using various recruiting channels and LinkedIn.​
• Assist with drafting and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.​
• Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand their recruitment needs and urgency.​
• Track and update candidate pipelines and status reports on a daily basis, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.​
• Work closely with the operations and recruiting team to meet tight deadlines and deliver results quickly.​
• Support market mapping, talent research, and headhunting for niche roles.​
• Prepare timely documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and client review.​

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.​
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.​
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to handle shifting priorities.​
• Ability to work independently and as part of a results-driven team in a dynamic setting.​
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and recruiting platforms is strongly preferred.​
